As part of our international team, you will work on developing a pioneer solution to digitize the local crafts industry and be shaping the future of fashion.
Repair Rebels is a sustainable fashion tech venture of the Düsseldorf-based knowledge and community platform Change Room. As part of this project, we are building an online platform where technology meets traditional crafts. We want to make the world a better place by slowing down the fast-paced fashion industry and driving a cultural change.
We are launching in spring 2021 and, after a test phase in Düsseldorf, will expand to other German cities. Thus, we are looking for entrepreneurial, determined and creative minds to accompany our journey.

Duration: 4-6 months, full-time or part-time
Starting date: By arrangement
Your tasks
- Order fulfillment, management and tracking
- Process digitization and optimization in close cooperation with the IT department
- Establishment of warehouse and logistics partner network
- Research for sustainable technologies, packaging materials and service providers
- Preparation of the Germany-wide expansion
- Preparation of scientific studies (also possible in combination with a bachelor’s or master’s thesis)
- Support in event and workshop organization
Your profile
- You are interested in digitization and innovative business models
- Sustainability and the circular economy topics are close to your heart
- You have already completed the first half of your studies in Logistics Management, Information Technology or Business Administration
- You have experience in logistic management and data analytics from studies or practical experience
- You enjoy working with people and different cultures
- Good written and spoken German and English skills as well as a passion for digital technologies complete your profile
